librarian bootcamp killed it

 Just wanted to show my appreciation for South Dakota's library association to keep us "IMS" informed. I was able to participate in the first Library Bootcamp and met so many wonderful people all over the state of SoDak.  Thanks to some wonderful ladies and gents who put much hard work into this course.

Our comedian for the week!

Everyone knew me as the chick from Louisiana so I always made sure we geared our lessons to incorporate good ole LA.  We did one of our lessons on New Orleans versus South Dakota.  Made me miss the south so much more!  Mardi Gras, pictures of the french quarter, and a map of the Atchafalaya brought me back some 1500 miles to home even for just a few minutes.

Deadwood was nice.  If you like casinos and bars then this is the place to entertain yourself. 

See, guys, Louisiana isn't too far from South Dakota.  SO COME VISIT!
